A wonderful way to wander
Without being blown asunder
Pause a moment to ponder
The lightning and the thunder
A wonderful way to wander wide
Bricks and bridges torn aside
No longer a reason to run and hide
Through the wild and bumpy ride
A wonderful way to wander wide alone
Over the creek, the lonely stepping stone
The moon through the clouds, bravely still it shone
A purple sky, a low and calming tone
A wonderful way to wander wide, alone tonight
Gazing at the deep dark sky, purple moonlight
The evening's melody's haunting, that's why I might
Ignore all these alarming and disturbing sights
A wonderful way
Through today
What can I say
The world's a play
